Housing Information
Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH) gives active service members two options for housing; living on base or finding a home off-base within the community.

• Once you have orders to move, contact The Housing Management Office (406) 731-3056. They can answer all of your housing questions and offer assistance with entering into a lease agreement, as well as resolving tenant-landlord disputes.

Malmstrom AFB On Base Housing  

• The Unaccompanied Housing Office (406) 731-4239 is reserved for airmen with less than 3 years of service within the ranks of E1-E4.

• Malmstrom AFB on-base housing is privatized and operated by Balfour Beatty Communities (406) 315-2262, which offers 2-4 bedroom apartments, duplexes, townhomes and single family units based on rank and family size. Some of the community amenities include: playground, tot-lot and dog park.
